The Austrian DataLAB and Services project is organising and holding a lecture on the topic of Hands-On Cloud Native.

The aim of the course is to teach the basics of cloud, security and DevOps in a vendor-neutral way and, in particular:
• to provide an overview of current best practices, relevant (anti)patterns and the associated theory
• to provide free access to the necessary infrastructure in order to experience first-hand what fail fast means in a secure environment
• to gain experience in the collaborative maintenance of active services

This VU4 will be offered in person at TU Wien in the summer semester of 2023 (students from other universities are also welcome to enrol).
A parallel offering at the University of Innsbruck is currently being developed.
