CRIS2024 took place at TU Wien from May 15 to 17, 2024. It is the 16th conference in a series of international events organized by euroCRIS every two years on the topic of research information systems (abbreviated CRIS: current research information systems). The aim of the series is to improve the availability of and access to research information systems throughout Europe. This year's event focused on the current trend toward international cooperation in the field of FIS. The conference was organized by euroCRIS in collaboration with the RIS Synergy project, and took place mainly in the atmospheric Kuppelsaal hall at TU Wien.

Since the topics of research data management and FIS are closely related, our poster on DAMAP was accepted for the conference. And that's not all: it was even voted the best poster of the conference, tying with the RIS Synergy contribution! In addition, we had the opportunity to present DAMAP to interested parties in a practical tutorial. The tutorial was a good experience for both us trainers and the participants, and we look forward to conducting more workshops of this kind in the future.
